- You need to click on 'Log In' option at the top right corner of our Website which would direct to a pop-up asking for User ID / Password / Create an Account / Recover Password. Click on "Create an Account" and update the essential details to 'Register' and you are done.

- In case you are already registered, just click 'Log In' option at the top right corner of our Website and you will be taken to the relevant page. In case you have forgotten your password, please click ‘Recover password' on the same page and you will be able to generate a new one via the link we send to your registered email id.

- Shopping from us is easy! Select the product you’d like to buy.

- Choose unstitch or stitching options.

- Add products to your cart or just hit Check out.

- Choose or Add delivery address.

- Add a working phone number and email address.

- Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order.

- Happy shopping.

If you want customization then you have to choose STANDARD BLOUSE or READY TO WEAR option. It means we will give you a full stitching product in your size.

After your order conformation we will give you a measurement form for through email or message this which you have to fill up.

- As part of our offers and giveaways, we share gift coupons with you. You will find coupon code appear next to our product. On confirmed the order you can see coupon code during your payment process and use it. Don’t forget to ‘Apply Coupon.’

- We accept debit and credit card payments. Razorpay is accepted for payment (Including Net Banking, UPI, Cards, Wallet). We also accept Paypal to receive payments from customers.
- Only Paypal supported all currencies and most common currencies with INR can be used to make online payments.
- All product prices for prepaid order in India are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
- For the COD order all product price is not inclusive with shipping charges. So you have to pay charges for that.
- For customers overseas, all product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in.

Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world.

Delivery within India is free of cost in most cases except COD order, however if there is a change it can be verified at checkout process.

Most products are dispatched within 4-5 days of your placing the order and subsequently shipped anywhere within 6-7 days (from dispatched day) based on your location. So effectively our products should reach you in 9-10 days from day of placing order.

Yes, you can give a different shipping address and billing address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You can additionally use the tracking details provided to you to track your order through our logistics partner.

If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at support@looknbookart.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the material within 48 hours of delivery. We will process the replacement of the product as soon as possible. At Looknbook Art, each product is quality checked passed, and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we provide replacement of the same product free of cost.

Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged. Refund is also not possible in such cases.

Once your returned item is received, we'll initiate a quick product inspection to ensure that the product is returned in an unused, unwashed, undamaged and unworn condition- this is usually done within 2 working days.Within 48 hours of successful return product inspection, we will initiate your exchange and you will be informed by email.
